Dear Fellow Toastmasters,
How have you been these days ?
We are excited going to the District 51 semi annual convention
The convention is held from November 14 to 16, 2003 at the
Shangrila Rasa Ria Resort Hotel in Kota Kinabalu.
It is 45 minutes away from KK International Airport
It is situated at a besutiful sunny beach overlooking the
South China Sea. It is a resort hotel; great place for relaxation.
Friends used to ask - is it the right decision to join a Toastmasters
Convention.
This Morning to help you to find a solution to whether to
go or not to go to the KK convention by asking ourselves the
following questions:-
Question One
Is is the truth that by joining the convention, you will learn more
about communication and leadership skills ?
Question Two
Is is fair for you to take some days leave away from work
to equip yourself by joining the educational workshop at the
convention and to meet more friends.
Question Three
Will you get to know more Toastmasters in the District by
fostering goodwrill and better friendship ?
Question Four
Will it benefit you by listening to the best evaluators and
best humorous speakers in the district competing at the
speech contests ?
If your answer to any of the above is YES, then we shall look
forward to meeting you at the KK 2003 semii annual
convention.

The hotel is isolated and the rooms are limited,
therefore, make the hotel booking early, if possible
by September 30, 2003.
