I have known Kim Siong for four years, and in that time he has impressed me with his energy, enthusiasm and sincerity.  He has provided me with guidance in my role as District Governor of a provisional district, which ultimately helped District 59 lose its provisional status. 

I have witnessed Kim Siong at the last four international conventions from Florida to Atlanta, and he has always been ready and willing to assist all toastmasters regardless of the district, region, etc., they belong to.  To me, Poh Kim Siong is the ultimate toastmaster--professional, knowledgeable and always willing to assist.

"I have known Kim Siong since the early days when I joined the TDB Toastmasters Club in 1997.  If there is any person who is full of energy, enthusiasm and earnestness in his work, it is Kim Siong.

Besides being active in the Chua Chu Kang Toastmasters Club, he has for many years been helping the District 51 officers in various tasks such as organising District Officers
training, talks during District Governor's visits and assisting the Treasurer in the District.

He has the passion to do something different,something purposeful and something meaningful to the people in all walks of life and especially for toastmasters.

He is an asset to the toastmasters movement in Singapore and the District.
