To extend the benefits of the proven Toastmasters program to Every Club, Every Area, Every Division in District 80 and to Everyone in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Thailand.
 

Wei Koon's Action Plan

• To continue the greatness and the good work done and achieved by the Top 3 District Officers and all District Officers
• To work with members to understand their needs so as to serve them better
• To work with Club Officers & District Officers to help clubs, areas and divisions to achieve their DCP/DAP/DDP goals
• To work with everyone to turn their dreams into reality

• To focus on the growth of District

• To continue improving the District’s marketing program to build successful clubs and recruit new members

• To reward and recognize members and clubs for their membership growth

• To work with Club VPs Membership to help clubs build and retain members

• To work with members and District Officers to learn how to identify new club leads
