Dear Toastmaster,

I am pleased to share with you the good NEWs that Division Z successfully completed the second and final round of Club Officers Training (COT) for the term 2004-2005 at AIA Changi Building, hosted by AIA Changi Toastmasters Club, on December 4 (Saturday)!

My personal commendations to members of AIA Changi Toastmasters who agreed to host the COT and they came as early as 9am in the morning to prepare! Kudos to AIA Changi Toastmasters and Well Done! :-)

Division Z also successfully launched a NEW website, designed and built by our capable and handsome and young (highly eligible too!! :-P) Division Webmaster, Chay Wen Liang ATM-S (IPP of Telok Blangah Toastmasters Club).
