Mission Statement:

To extend the benefits of Toastmasters International Communication & Leadership Programs to Corporations, Community Clubs, Schools & Universities, and the general public thereby making effective communication a worldwide reality.

Strategies:

To work closely and harmoniously with District 80 Officers & Council members to promote the Toastmasters International Communication & Leadership Programs through Membership and Club Sponsorship Campaigns.

To create awareness and reach out to all sectors of the Community.

To help members bring out their best and realise their full potential.

To implement an effective club rescue program  designed to bring weak clubs to charter strength.
