After acquiring her professional certification of cosmetologist in Hong Kong and UK in 1983, Jill Lowe was headhunted by Color Me Beautiful Inc and always in Style Inc, two leading image specialists in the USA, to launch the image and cosmetics business in Southeast Asia in 1984. Jill was quickly recognized by AICI (Association of Image Consultants International) and appointed to be a President of Liaison for Southeast Asia in 1994, to develop new chapters in the East.

Jill has won the prestigious Gold Award in Service Excellent by American Express in both 1993 & 1994. She has also consecutively attained Platinum Awards for Best Peforming Color Me Beautiful Consultants worldwide from 1991 to 1999. Prominent leaders from major multinational companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, UOB, Citibank, DBS, Prudential, AIA and etc and government departments such as HDB, PUB, LTA, Mindef, CPF, NLB, NParks, MITA and etc are amongst her clients. She has lectured in major educational institutions such as NUS, NTU, SMU, SIM, Temasek and Nanyang Polytechnics as well. With her experience and expertise, Jill is a much sought-after authority in the image consultancy industry. As a well-known regional platform speaker, she has engagements that include 10,000 strong Asia Pacific Life Insurance Congress in 2005, and the 11,000 strong 2006 MDRT Bangkok conference.
