MAD Delegates,
Count down ...
2 days more to the Convention. I'm
looking forward to welcoming all delegates to
the MAD Convention. For first time participants,
you may have many queries. Below
is a list of FAQs which will answer most of your
queries. If you have additional queries, come to
the Secretariat at Room 207, Level 2 of the
Suntec Singapore International Convention &
Exhibition Centre at 8am on 23 May 2008. We will
do our best to assist you.

Q1:
Where is the registration
desk located?
The registration desk will be located at Room
207, Level 2 of the Suntec Singapore
International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Q2 :
Do I need a ticket to register?
Q3:
Will you be giving Complimentary Car Park
Coupons to those who drive?
Depending on
availability. We are given limited Car Park
Coupons each day and priority will be given to
Current District Officers, Speakers, Sponsors,
MAD Team.
- Please approach
our Secretariat for assistance.
- We
strongly recommend that you take the public
transport to save cost in case you are not able
to get any complimentary car park coupon from
us.
We
thank you in advance for your kind
understanding.
Q4: I didn't register for the
workshops. How can I do so?
After collecting your Convention
Bag and Name Tag, please proceed
to the “Workshops Counter” to
collect the coupons for the
workshops. Availability of
coupons will be based on
first-come-first serve basis.
Q5:
What if I'm taking someone's
place at the conference?
If you know in advance that you
will be coming in someone's
place, please contact Monica
Goh at 98478782 and she will
adjust the registration. If it
is a last-minute change, simply
check in at the registration
desk on the day of the
convention and the Secretariat
will be happy to help prepare a
new name tag for you . However,
Confirmation from the
original delegate is required.
Q6: When does registration
start?
Day 1 (23 May, Friday) :
a. If you are attending the
District 80 Exco Meeting for District
Officers, please register at 8am at
Room 207 to collect your convention bag
and Name Tag before proceeding to the
Credential Desk.
b. If you are Club
President, VPE or if you have the proxy
forms, please attend the District 80
Council Meeting at 11am at Rooms 208 &
209. Please remember to register at Room
207 to collect your convention bag and
Name Tag first.
c. You may register for the
Convention from 8am onwards. The
workshops will commence at 2pm. If you
are not attending the District Meeting
in the morning, please come early at 1pm
to avoid long queue.
d. Welcome Dinner will be
at 7pm at Ballroom 2, Level 2. Please
dress Outrageously! If you are unable to
attend, you may arrange for a
replacement but please hand your
convention Name Tag to him/her so that
we can verify. There is Salsa Social
Dance Lesson at Ballroom 2 starting at
6pm.

Our Registration Desk will be closed at
5pm. Please arrange for someone
to register for you and collect the
Convention Bag with Name Tag so that you
may attend the Welcome Dinner.

There are several ways to register for the Annual Convention. Recommended way is to register Online or you can print the registration form if you need to register via fax, or mail method. You can use the printed form for up to 5 participants.

Cancellation Policy
Fees paid are not refundable under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate
substitute member. The Organiser reserves the right to make appropriate changes when necessary and
every effort will be made to inform participants.
