Why Are You Like That?
Maximising Communication Effectiveness with DISC
Profiling Tool.
People
have different varying preferences; different personality;
and different acceptance tolerance as we interact in
day-to-day events. When it comes to communication
effectiveness, these differences can make a difference
between acceptance and rejection. Fortunately, while people
are different, they are predictably different. Using a set
of D.I.S.C. behavioural tool, we can identify their
behavioural preferences and tune our communication style
towards their preference.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will identify their own behaviour style with an
individual DISC Behavioural Analysis checklist. At the end
of this talk, participants would have achieved the following
objectives:
1.
Identifying your own behavioural type
2. Identifying behavioural type of others
3. Using this added knowledge to communicate effectively
